David Fuhr is the Acting Principal Assistant Chief in the FCPA Unit of the U.S. Department of Justice. He joined the FCPA Unit in 2013 as a trial attorney. Prior to joining the DOJ, David worked at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York and Washington and clerked for the Hon. Diana Murphy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. David graduated from Elon University and Duke University School of Law.
