Kamal Sidhu serves as Senior Counsel in Chevron’s Litigation group for the Downstream business (ex-Americas). In this role, Kamal handles contentious civil and regulatory matters and internal investigations for the international businesses in the company’s Downstream, Midstream and Chemicals business units. Prior to his current role, Kamal was a Director in General Counsel Division of Credit Suisse AG, where he worked on a wide range of litigation, regulatory and investigation matters in the Asia Pacific region, including antitrust, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, and various commercial issues. Kamal started his career as a litigation and investigations lawyer Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York.
