Keith M. Rosen is the Global Co-Head of Investigations and US Head of Risk Advisory at Norton Rose Fulbright, based in Washington, DC. A seasoned advocate, his practice focuses on FCPA and other cross-border investigations, white collar defense, False Claims Act enforcement, and ABAC/AML compliance. He represents clients in multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional investigations across industries including aviation, energy, and healthcare. Previously, he spent over a decade at the U.S. Department of Justice, including serving as Chief of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware.
