Virgaliano Nahan, is the Head of the Sub-Directorate of Constitutional and Judicial Review, Civil and State Administrative Deputy, at the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia. A career prosecutor since 2006, he has extensive experience in criminal prosecution, counter-terrorism, extradition and mutual legal assistance, international legal cooperation, and constitutional law. His previous appointments include Attorney General Attaché at the Embassy of Indonesia in Bangkok, Coordinator for General Crimes in East Java, and Chief District Prosecutor of Cilegon. He earned a Master of Public and International Law from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws from Brawijaya University.
