Karen is co-chair of Sidley’s White Collar practice. She has conducted highly sensitive internal investigations in more than 70 countries and defended corporations and individuals in government investigations relating to a wide-range of legal issues from alleged anti-corruption violations, to fraud, whistleblower, and “Me Too” claims.
