Judith Aron is a partner in Dentons’ Berlin office and co‑head of the firm’s global and European Compliance and Investigations practices. She advises companies on designing, enhancing, and implementing tailored compliance programs, third‑party reviews, preventive measures, internal investigations, remediation, and enforcement actions. Judith has particular expertise in helping organizations prevent and detect violations of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anti‑corruption laws. Beyond client work, she co‑founded and co‑chairs the Women’s White Collar Defense Association Germany, serves on the Dentons Women’s Advancement Committee, and coordinates legal support for Kiron Open Higher Education, expanding access to education for refugees.
