Katharine leads our UK Regulatory & Investigations team and co-leads the UKIME branch of Dentons Global Compliance & Investigations group. Her own practice is investigations and financial services focused; Katharine advises on all aspects of financial markets and regulatory work with a particular focus on contentious work, governance and conduct and culture. She previously spent nearly five years as an FCA lawyer including working in its Enforcement division and has been involved in many of the most significant regulatory issues over the past 15 years including bank charges, PPI, Keydata, Libor, FX, IRHPs and Woodford.
