Rebecca (Becky) Rohr is the former Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Investigations at Ericsson, where she worked from 2022-2026. She was responsible for the ethics and compliance program and government and internal investigations worldwide, managing a global team of nearly 200 lawyers, compliance professionals, and investigators. Previously she worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Vice President, Anti-Corruption and Global Trade Compliance. She served at the U.S. Department of Justice for approximately 15 years, including as the Principal Deputy Chief of the Fraud Section in the Criminal Division, Deputy Chief of Staff in the Criminal Division, and as an A.U.S.A. in the Southern District of New York. She lives in Washington D.C. with her teenage twins.
