Jay is the CEO of TDI, a global leader in strategic advisory and risk intelligence, delivering insight, due diligence, investigations, and technology solutions. He leads the firm in helping clients navigate complex geopolitical, regulatory, and market risks. Prior to joining TDI, Jay was CEO of Veracity Worldwide, a risk advisory firm, and earlier worked at McKinsey & Company, advising clients on strategy and risk management across five continents and multiple industries. As a career Foreign Service Officer, Jay served as Chief of Staff at the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan and as Special Assistant to two Deputy Secretaries of State, with additional diplomatic postings in Russia, Ukraine, Hungary, and at the U.S. Mission to the OSCE. He is also a Navy Reserve Foreign Area Officer specializing in Europe and Africa. Jay is a former Fulbright Scholar, Boren Fellow, and Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar. He holds degrees from Stanford, Harvard, and the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
