Nathalia Lossovska is Head of Legal, Asia at WTW, where she oversees a regional team of lawyers supporting WTW’s insurance broking and consulting businesses across Asia. She began her career as a disputes lawyer in private practice before moving in-house, where she has built broad experience across complex commercial matters, investigations, employment disputes, regulatory issues and M&A transactions. Her role spans multiple jurisdictions and requires balancing legal risk with commercial priorities in a fast-moving and highly regulated environment. A Singapore-based professional with Ukrainian heritage, Nathalia is fluent in four languages and proficient in two others. She is passionate about building high-performing, collaborative legal teams and places particular emphasis on inclusion, mentorship and continuous professional development. In addition to her role at WTW, Nathalia serves as President of the Association of Corporate Counsel Singapore, where she works closely with the in-house legal community on issues shaping the future of the profession.
