Ariel is President and CEO for the RKA Worldwide Group of companies, providing high-risk fraud, forensic accounting, special, HR/labor/workforce investigations; integrity and risk assessments, executive protection / security, complex accounting / white-collar, financial crimes and litigation support expert services. He had investigative leadership roles on both, the Siemens AG corruption scandal, and off-shoots of the Lavajato Brazil corruption investigation. As such, he is particularly skilled with multi-national/cross-border matters and has led FCPA, UKBA, Brazil Clean Company Act, and comparable anti-bribery/corruption projects; financial crimes, executive misconduct, economic sanctions, complex white-collar defense, government enforcement, including parallel actions, and special investigations mandated by Board of Directors, senior executive levels, as well as audit committees. He is responsible for overseeing the North America, Latin America and EMEA regions, as well as RKA’s eight service delivery practices, and all corporate functions, ultimately responsible for profit and loss, profitable growth and cost optimization, as well as the execution of the annual strategic plan. Ariel is also LATAM Chairman and CEO of Mavins International LLC, a global network of independent accounting, auditing, tax, and strategic consulting firms.
