Nitin brings over 23 years of experience in legal, compliance and governance, with qualifications as a lawyer, company secretary and postgraduate in management and finance.

As Regional General Counsel for Greater India and the Pacific, he is responsible for navigating complex and uncertain environments, exercising judgment to address diverse legal, compliance and business challenges.

He has led M&A, restructuring and multi-jurisdictional transactions, as well as high-stakes litigation, including criminal matters. He has also built and led teams, worked on global initiatives and advised senior management and boards across multiple regions.
