Nikhil is widely recognised for his deep expertise in forensic investigations, financial crime, enterprise and financial risk, cyber incident response, and ESG strategy and diligence. He is a trusted advisor to Regulators, Boards, Independent Directors, and Senior Executives, helping them manage high-impact matters in increasingly complex business environments.
 
Over the course of his career, he has led several high-profile investigations and risk engagements across sectors including Energy, Resources & Industrials, Manufacturing, Healthcare, FMCG, and E-commerce. He also works closely with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, advising on risk, governance, diligence, and value-creation initiatives aligned to their investment strategies and fund objectives.
 
Nikhil is the co-author of the ‘Start-Up Governance Playbook’, India’s first comprehensive corporate governance guide for the startup ecosystem, developed in partnership with the Indian Venture Capital Association (IVCA) and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).
