Kalindee Mehta is the Regional General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for SAP Asia Pacific and Japan. She has about 20 years of experience working in diverse sectors like manufacturing, FMCG, Investment Banking and technology while working for organizations like Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse, GE, Pernod Ricard and SAP.
In her role, Kalindee advises the senior management of SAP on broad spectrum of complex commercial transactions, legal entity management, employment & competition laws, topics pertaining to privacy, security, data protection, Intellectual Property management etc. She has also represented her organisation with various regulators and is involved in public policy discussions on emerging topics.
Prior to her role as Regional General Counsel, Kalindee was the Chief of Staff to the SAP Asia President and had the opportunity to work on many diverse business topics like Customer Success, Strategies, Products and GoToMarket plans etc. Her business knowledge coupled with legal skills is helping her navigate the current challenges in the external environment.
