Rajendra has over 32 years of experience over a diverse range of practices, including advising clients on resolution of disputes spanning corporate commercial disputes, arbitrations seated in India and outside India and related court proceedings, insolvency matters, white collar crime advisory, forensic investigations, and enforcement of negative covenants; Corporate/M&A primarily in the Insurance space and General Advisory. He has advised among others, multinational corporations, private equity houses, high net worth individuals, leading insurance companies and infrastructure companies.
