Damandeep Kaur currently serves as the Regional Chief Legal Officer (RCLO) for TP in India and APAC. She leads Legal, Privacy, Risk and Compliance, and Corporate Law functions across the region. A seasoned corporate lawyer, she brings over two decades of extensive experience in the field.

In her current role, Damandeep is responsible for contract drafting and vetting, legal opinions, handling complicated client situations, policy drafting and vetting, and IPR opinions for TP India. Her specialized expertise spans contract negotiations & drafting (service level, employment level), mergers & acquisitions, vendor contract management, litigation management, hiring, RFP review, legal advice, property-related contracts, legal research on various aspects, advice on global laws like FCPA & UK Bribery Act, and setting up new companies in global locations.

Damandeep has been felicitated with the ‘Legal Leader of the Year -Risk and Corporate Law’ award at the General Counsel Vision and Innovation Awards 2024.
Damandeep holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from Delhi University and a diploma in Intellectual Property Laws from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. She has also served as a lawyer for the Delhi High Court.
