Dr. Sohan Dasgupta is a Managing Director in BRG’s Global Trade & Compliance practice. He previously served as Assistant Secretary for Trade and Economic Security at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where he led CFIUS, Team Telecom, ICTS, the Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force, and related supply-chain and investment-security matters. He also served as political head of the Millennium Challenge Corporation and, earlier, as Deputy General Counsel of DHS. A former partner at an AmLaw 100 firm, Sohan Dasgupta has briefed cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and argued before the federal courts of appeals.
