FeiFei Ren is a Director of Ethics & Compliance at Synopsys, an industry-leading semiconductor software company that delivers silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. FeiFei oversees the company’s internal investigations and compliance matters in the Asia-Pacific region and partners cross-functionally to drive programmatic improvements. Prior to joining Synopsys, FeiFei worked at several global law firms for over a decade, specializing in conducting government and internal investigations, advising on regulatory and trade compliance risks, and counseling multinational companies on compliance program enhancements. FeiFei completed her legal education in both the U.S. and China and holds prominent positions in professional organizations, including the American Bar Association.
