Shanya Dingle is Senior Counsel for Government and Internal Investigations at Kenvue, the world’s largest pure play consumer health company, where she leads the global investigations function and oversees responses to whistleblower allegations and government enforcement matters worldwide. Ms. Dingle previously served as Senior Counsel at Johnson & Johnson, practiced white collar defence at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C., and was a federal prosecutor for the United States Department of Justice. Throughout her career, she has managed complex investigations involving financial misconduct, sales and marketing practices, anti-bribery/anti corruption issues, and antitrust risk. Ms. Dingle is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College.
