Lucy Graham is a Prosecutor and Case Controller at the Serious Fraud Office, focusing on investment fraud and bribery investigations and prosecutions. She led the SFO’s first prosecution of the breach of a Serious Crime Prevention Order. Prior to joining the SFO, she was a legal adviser and investigator in the Business & Human Rights Team at Amnesty International. She was previously a Senior Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in London and Abu Dhabi, specialising in complex, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and project development transactions for multinational and government clients.
