Pippa Hyde has fifteen years of experience representing clients in high-stakes criminal, civil, and regulatory matters. Her practice focuses on multi-agency and cross-border investigations, representing individuals and companies facing allegations of insider trading, bribery and corruption, BSA/AML and sanctions violations.
She has also conducted numerous internal investigations and advises clients on related issues of self-reporting, crisis management, remediation, compliance and training initiatives.

Pippa handles cases brought by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Office of Foreign Assets and Control (OFAC), the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Qualified in both the United States and the United Kingdom, Pippa is proficient in assisting non-U.S. companies, multinational companies and non-nationals in navigating the U.S. justice system.

In 2024, Pippa was named one of Global Investigation Review’s ‘40 Under 40’ which recognizes the next generation of investigative practitioners.

Pippa attended Columbia University School of Law where she was a James Kent Scholar and a recipient of the Parker Certificate in Foreign and Comparative Law.
