Fernanda Bidlovsky has more than 10 (ten) years of experience working with Compliance and Anti-corruption and has extensive experience in highly complex independent internal investigations with reporting to Brazilian and United States authorities. She also assists clients with violations to anti-corruption legislation, evaluation and improvement of compliance programs, including risk assessments, evaluation of internal policies and development of measures to improve programs, as well as the preparation and conduction of compliance trainings. Ms. Bidlovsky leads the ESG practice at the firm. She has robust experience in the conduction of internal investigations related to behavioral matters (e.g. harassment and discrimination of any kind), violations of human rights and safety and environmental matters. Ms. Bidlovsky’s practice also includes conducting corporate integrity risk assessments, assisting clients with the implementation of Compliance programs that encompass ESG aspects and conducting ESG-related trainings. Ms. Bidlovsky holds a Bachelor of Laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Brazil (2004) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University at Buffalo, USA (2012). Ms. Bidlovsky has been admitted to the Brazilian (2005) and the New York (2013) Bars. She was recognized as a leading practitioner by Chambers and Partners, Latin Lawyer and Best Lawyers and was named one of the “100 Women in Investigations” globally by Global Investigations Review.
