Stephanie Accuosti leads the Global Integrity Investigations and Monitoring practice at ABB, a Swiss-headquartered, global technology leader in electrification and automation products, services and solutions with approximately 110,000 employees worldwide. She leads a group of attorneys, forensic accountants, data analysts and other compliance professionals responsible for investigating the company’s highest-risk matters, establishing governance for all of ABB’s internal investigations practices, and enabling analytics-based risk surveillance and monitoring activities across the company. Prior to ABB, she held numerous positions at Houston-based oilfield services multinational, Weatherford International, including Associate General Counsel for Compliance. She began her career as an associate at Gibson Dunn in Washington, DC. Her private and in-house experience includes handling enforcement activity and post-settlement monitoring and similar supervision by US and other enforcement and regulatory bodies, including DOJ and SEC. She graduated from University of Virginia School of Law, Order of the Coif, and has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
